In his opinion, it is impossible to ensure the observance of constitutional principles of electoral rights in the conditions of martial law.

Firstly, there's the question of Ukrainians living in territories not under Ukrainian control, and secondly, there's the issue of Ukrainians who have left the country and have not returned to Ukraine.

"Therefore, the violation of constitutional principles provides a hundred percent basis to doubt the legitimacy of the next president."
