"Russia temporarily refrains from conducting missile strikes from the sea due to logistics issues," says Dmitry Pletenchuk, a representative of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to him, missile carriers have been relocated to Novorossiysk, where the necessary infrastructure for loading and servicing the "Kalibr" cruise missiles is absent. The logistics support required for these processes and the maintenance of ships remains in Sevastopol.
"As long as this problem is not resolved for the adversaries, they cannot carry out sea-based strikes. Or they need to move to Sevastopol to recharge. And that is dangerous for them," he stated.
