North Korea has threatened the United States with a preemptive nuclear strike, according to CTAC.

Pyongyang believes that Washington is "spinning the wheel of nuclear war" by deploying nuclear strategic assets to the region, including nuclear aircraft carriers, submarines, and strategic bombers.

In Pyongyang's view, Washington is doing this to "appease South Korean puppets."

"The era when the right to a preemptive strike was the 'monopoly' of the United States has been overturned. Since the United States and gangsters of the Republic of Korea have thrown down the gauntlet of nuclear war to our republic, our response will also be appropriate," the article states.
