 The EU's plan for new supplies to Kyiv is reportedly facing resistance from EU member states, and changes may be made to the package.

A diplomatic source, speaking on condition of anonymity, mentioned that Germany is among the countries with such a position.

"It's about big money," the source said, noting that the package will likely be accepted but undergo modifications.
