The battalion will operate in Chortkiv, near Brest.

"We are aware of the threats. We are well aware that Kremlin rulers have unleashed a war because they want to restore the Russian Empire. This has always been dangerous for the peoples living nearby," stated the Minister of National Defense of Poland, Mariusz Błaszczak, during the opening of the military unit.
