Republicans have presented demands to Biden for continued aid to Ukraine, according to Congressman Mike Garcia from California.

He is calling for clear accountability regarding the war and weaponry that can change the stalemate on the front lines. Additionally, the legislator wants Zelensky and Biden to present a "victory strategy." According to him, additional requests for assistance to Ukraine, totaling $12 billion per month, without a clear definition of the "cost of victory," are unacceptable.

As a separate point, the congressman asked whether the views of Ukraine and the United States align on the issue of Crimea.

"Do the U.S. consider Ukraine's desire to regain Crimea as realistic? This discussion would be suitable for a classified platform," he noted.
